About Staff
Our professionally trained staff are carefully selected for their education, experience and love of children. All staff hold either degrees in Early Childhood Education, or related field, Child Development Associates, School-Age credentials, college credits plus two years experience or a minimum of a high school diploma and experience in the field of childcare and development. All staff receive child abuse clearances, criminal background checks through the Pennsylvania State Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, in addition to medical examinations and first aide training. Careful screening and reference checks have been made on all employees of Kidsville to assure parents that their children will receive quality, loving care in their absence.
